Program Overview

Our Teen/Adult Taekwondo program welcomes students Ages 12 and up in 60-minute classes that combine traditional Kukkiwon Taekwondo with a full-body workout. Whether you are starting martial arts for the first time or returning after years away, training is scaled to your own pace and fitness level.

Students follow the same Kukkiwon belt ranking system used around the world, progressing through forms, sparring, and board breaking as their skills grow. Many of our teen and adult students train alongside their own children, making Taekwondo something the whole family shares.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat. We teach not just technique, but the mindset and spirit of true martial artists.
